Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return a purchased product during said refund period, you may do so as long as the refund requirements are met. Returns will not be accepted if the period of 30 calendar days has lapsed.

Refund Requirements

We require that the following criteria must be met to issue a refund:

-The product is not as described

-The product is defective

-Product must be in original packaging

-Product must not be damaged.

To ensure that the above criteria has been met, all returns will be thoroughly inspected. If the returned product does not meet our criteria, then we reserve the right to not issue a refund. 

If the product is accepted and found that the goods have not been used and are in resealable condition, Minnetech Solutions LLC shall issue a refund of the full pc, minus 10% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. If the pc is found to be in used condition, then an additional 25% restocking fee will be applied (35% total).

Shipping

In order to return a package, you must first reach out to us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned packages without an RMA number will be declined of a refund.

You will need to include a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail the return package to the address on the shipping label. Minnetech Solutions LLC will cover the cost of a shipping label.

Please ensure that the package arrives in its original packaging. We ship all of our computers double-boxed with extra padding. If the returned product is found damaged beyond what it would take for a reasonable inspection, then we may reject the refund. This is why it is important to keep the original packaging.
